Convenient shuttle service to the Haram according to prayer schedule. We didn't have to worry about transportation. The hotel also had a variety of restaurants nearby, so we always had options for meals. We had a comfortable stay overall. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The shuttle service to the prayer hall was convenient and on time. The variety of restaurants nearby made it easy to find food that suited my taste. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They were always willing to assist us with whatever we needed. It was an amazing experience to be able to witness the New Year celebration at such a fantastic location.
The internet was not working well, and it was quite slow. The lack of parking space was a real inconvenience, and we had to park far away from the hotel on many occasions.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the nearby Haram according to prayer schedule. the area surrounding the hotel has a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. the friendly and attentive staff are also a great advantage of staying at this hotel. Some rooms have been upgraded to suites and there is a new shuttle bus available during Ramadan and Eid Elfetr.
Limited parking is available due to the space.

the hotel's location was perfect and convenient for all my needs, and the shuttle bus was a great advantage to me during my stay. I didn't have to worry about travel arrangements when visiting the nearby mosque, which was very comforting. Another thing I enjoyed was the availability of a variety of restaurants around the hotel.
I was a tad disappointed with some aspects of my hotel stay. There was no parking available at the hotel due to limited space, which was quite frustrating.
